I think I put zucchini, tomatoes, red bell pepper, artichoke hearts, baby spinach (put that right on top of the sauce) and I actually put some canadian bacon on mine. Artisan bread recipe, but instead of letting the dough rise, I roll it out on top of generous amounts of cornmeal and then top it. I cook it on a pizza stone at about 475-500 degrees.
